Dr Rafiq is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist.

Dr Rafiq is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist who previously worked as clinical lead for an 18 bedded inpatient Specialist Autism Centre and lead for an 18 bedded inpatient Complex Mental Health rehabilitation unit. He continues to provide cover for this service.

He completed his postgraduate training in the North West deanery where he gained qualifications including membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and CCT in Forensic Psychiatry.

He provides specialist assessment and treatment services for a wide range of psychiatric conditions including Adult ADHD and Autism.

Dr Rafiq also provides all aspects of medico-legal reports for the courts, mental health tribunals, defense/CPS and parole hearings.
